How to Close Crypto.com Account Easily!
So you're tired of only trading on a smartphone and want to close your crypto.com account? No problem, we will go through and let you know some important steps before closing your account. As an added bonus we've included some of the top exchanges that we use at the bottom of the page.
- Withdraw all funds!
You want to make sure that all your precious crypto is moved over to another exchange or self hosted wallet. Your Crypto balance will need to be zero prior to your request to delete your account. Don't give up your hard earned crypto just because you want to cancel!

2. Make sure you are not currently in a interest contract with Crypto.com, otherwise you will have to wait to complete closure of your account. This is a negative in my opinion because with these contracts the interest rate entices people and keeps them renewing their contracts with the exchange.
3. Understand that once you close your account it will also close your Crypto.com app account, exchange account, and your Visa Card if you have one issued from them. When you close your account, it usually is the entire account and you aren't allowed to keep account open.
4. If you have a balance, but don't have enough to make minimum withdrawal limit, contact the Crypto.com support team to help you out. In some cases they will help you meet the withdrawal limit, but it maybe easier to just go ahead and spend the balance you have then cancel the account.
5. Promotional offer's will no longer be available to you including the signup bonus. This prevents people from gaming the system and reopening accounts to receive the bonus. You also forfeit your right for future signup bonuses like I've seen other exchanges implement.
Okay so you completed the steps and now you can go ahead and close crypto.com account.
